The five tools of IMAGINE
Breathing
Taoist breath-work techniques are used at the beginning of the session to relax the mind, bring the body into self regulation, and awaken the Chi within us. Conscious connected breathing is also used in specialized breathwork sessions.
Power of our intention
Energy goes where our intention goes. Every movement in IMAGINE is powered by an intention. We release anger, we shake frustration from our bodies… In IMAGINE, movement becomes empowering and meaningful.
Movement
In Imagine we let our Chi flow move our bodies. Humans are an integrative part of nature. In Imagine, we embody all the elements of nature. We climb mountains, fly and feel the wind, swim in the sea, we walk on clouds or float in the emptiness of space.
Visualization
As a certified hypnotherapist, I believe in the power of imagery. My main objective is to bring the practitioner into a trance state and let their subconscious mind unfold with no limitations set by the conscious mind. Movement is combined with imageries of nature and the human body, which makes possible the powerful connection between body and mind.
Music
Music is a very important element in Imagine. Music has the power to clean your body, heathen your emotions, relax your mind/body, and change the neuroplasticity of your brain. Music can increase suggestibility by bringing the mind to a hypnotic state. Drums, flutes, violins and shamanic rhythms overwhelm the conscious mind that is unable to process so many massage units and therefore the subconscious mind opens up. Music combined with imagery will make the practitioner’s mind hyper suggestible.
